How To Prepare for a Cleanse
The two days leading up to your cleanse, you should be eating mainly fruits and vegetables to prepare your body for this healthy commitment. Keep your body hydrated during this time. Lastly, schedule your week so there is no strenuous activity (light exercise is perfectly okay) and reduce the amount of caffeine so cravings aren't as strong during your cleanse.
What To Do During a Cleanse
It is important that you drink a glass of warm lemon water before you begin each day. This allows your body to absorb all the different types of nutrients you will be getting from each juice. Get adequate rest, keep yourself busy, and hydrate hydrate hydrate. Try to avoid vigorous exercise during the cleanse to ensure you won't drain your body of energy.
